David Bosi, President
David founded Bosi Construction Co., Inc. in 1978. He saw the need for a local company that provided the type of personal and quality service that he would want in his own home. Bosi Construction has been built up as Dave has carefully chosen employees who exemplify his philosophy of customer service and quality work.

Mike Melody, Project Manager
Mike has an extensive background in carpentry and remodeling. This experience is supplemented by broad skills in customer relationships and the ability to get the job done on schedule. A virtual motion machine on two legs, Mike is the embodiment of professionalism and client advocacy.

Pat Bosi, Foreman and Carpenter
An artist with the tools of a tradesman, Pat Bosi has been crafting fine homes and remodeled spaces since childhood. As Dave’s brother, Pat enjoyed working with their father prior to joining Bosi Construction in 1986. Pat is a vital component of making and keeping the Bosi name in high regard. His sense of humor and easy-going manner have made him a favorite of our clients.

Timothy Heitmann, Carpenter
Timothy always enjoyed working with his hands. The son of an engineer explains his broad understanding of how many things work. For these reasons, he brings many skills along with carpentry to the table. He loves a challenge and his patient nature insures nothing will be overlooked.

Jeanine Schallmo, Administrative Assistant
Jeanine joined the administrative staff in 2012. Having worked many years for an electrical contractor, she is a perfect fit to the Bosi team. She is a groomed professional with a strong work ethic giving full support to our team and clients.

Karen Bosi, Office Manager
The office would lose some of its sunshine without the presence of Karen Bosi. Karen is responsible for many of our special projects and has excelled in her position as Office Manager. She came on part-time staff in 2006 and has been shaking things up in a very good way ever since.
