Oak Park Historic Preservation Award – 534 N. East Avenue
We are happy to announce that Bosi Construction Company has received an Historic Preservation award from the Village of Oak Park for our renovation work on the Frank Loyd Wright “Goodrich house.”
Over the past eight years we’ve completely restored and restructured the Exterior Façade, added a Solarium and Deck that matches the historic period. We also lowered the basement floor 18″, added a geothermal heating and cooling system along with all new mechanical lines throughout the house and restored portions of the first floor as well as the entire third floor.
We have also waterproofed and insulated the existing stone foundation, installed a new rain cistern with an irrigation pump and installed all new sidewalks with a integral snowmelt system.
Oak Park Historic Preservation Award – 232 S. Euclid
Bosi Construction received a Historic Preservation Award for an addition to the Hillman residence at 232 S. Euclid. The award is granted for outstanding examples of preservation that meet the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for Rehabilitation after a review of a committee of preservation professionals.

John & Linda Hillman Host Appreciation Party for Bosi Construction
Very satisfied clients, John & Linda Hillman hosted a party in their home for Bosi Construction to celebrate the completion of their Addition and Kitchen Renovation Project. Most in attendance were past & current clients, along with the kitchen designer, some neighbors (also Bosi clients) Bosi employees and a future client. In a spontaneous sharing of appreciation, each of the clients shared why they came to the party and why they chose Bosi. It was a “pinch me, am I dreaming” event as it was very touching and encouraging for the employees to be appreciated for jobs well done.
